All events listed in the program EXCEPT the Saturday night dinner are included in this cost. The optional 3-course dinner on the Saturday night is also available for an additional $40 per person. Accommodation at The Ranch Hotel Motel is booked through us, as we have reserved all rooms. Rooms are $110 per room per night (2 persons) or $138 per room per night (3 persons).
